Missouri - ROCKS ... Proposal to repeal Prop B introduced in Missouri - http://veterinarynews.dvm360.com/dvm/ArticleStandard/Article/detail/701471

Sen. Bill Stouffer pre-filed Senate Bill 4 Dec. 1 to repeal Proposition B. He says the voter-approved ballot measure was misleading and actually weakens Missouri’s existing law governing dog breeding. A better solution would be to amend the existing law if needed and identify new resources for enforcing the current legislation.

Just like I have been saying along, We already have laws, the states just need to start enforcing what is already there.

I'm a Missouri breeder. Most of our help came from American Pet Registry, Inc. on Proposition B. They organized Mo breeders and met with the Mo senate to let them know we aren't puppy mills and we are good, responsible breeders, for the most part. APRI was a forerunner in the campaigning against HSUS Prop B. I'm proud to be an APRI Mo. breeder of Dachshunds. Laughing
