Hi, my name is Kaleena. I am new to Dachshunds and hope to aquire my first show prospect in the coming months. To make a long story short, I am a breeder of pomeranians but i am changing my course, wrapping up that small breeding program for a future in the show ring with mini longhair doxies. I'm so glad you joined! Kaleena has inquired about some show prospects from me and I am hoping to produce for her a very nice beginners show puppy!!!
There are lots of great people on here and a lot of us are learning still also and some of us have many yrs of experience!! We are all here mostly for the same thing....to learn and socialize with fellow dog lovers of all kinds!! We are Doxaholics because the breed is sooooooo addicting!! We have many members tho that have various breeds and I want them to feel free to share about those breeds as well! I myself am also an Aussie lover! There are many here also that are Aussie lovers!!

I am located in Rockford which is near Grand Rapids.

I'm super excited about this new adventure. I have my eye on a very handsome red male from stoneriver/smalltown. I have my fingers crossed he will hang around for a few more weeks while i place my most recent litter in their new homes, but if not i know she has some newborn males that could turn out to be "the one" for me. And in the new year i am hoping Karen will have a female for me.
