Chili con casa

This recipe came from a restaurant. My family loves this and its better because you are making your own salsa....

2 large cans of tomatoes (drain juice and hand crushed)
3 Cans of Green Chilis chopped (pureed it has skins no matter what so this gets rid of that)
2 Large Onions (1/4 and sliced thin in 1/4 rings)
1 Stick Margarine
5 lb box of Velveeta (cut into cubes)
2 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper

Take and brown Onions, Margarine, garlic till translucent. Add Green chilis and tomatoes, salt & pepper...let simmer 1 hour.
Once simmered add box of velveeta and stir till all melted. Serve with your favorite chips...doritoes, fritoes, buggles...etc.
