I used to sleep with my oldest Doxie(now almost 9) but things change,kids were born and all of us have some allergy or another..lol..Here Beds are for human sleeping,but occassionally they get to sneak in..lol..

I sleep with Daisy everynight and sometimes Saphira....but Saphira is in heat right now....so she isn't allowed in bed with us.....LOL!!!
My family actually blames my illness on the dogs.......but funny thing is.....I only had 2 when I got sick and none of them slept with me then!! My dr's all said that the dogs have nothing to do with my illness!!

This is funny because Riley, who has quite a few health issues and is allergic to just about everything (being outside while we mow puts him in bed with fever for 2 days!) is actually not allergic to dogs, cats, or rabbits, lol!! So if that baby wants to sleep with a dog, he gets to, especially since he he can't have regular stuffed animals And I don't think I could sleep without at least a couple in bed with us!

I have asthma and have always had a dog in bed with me. Can't tolerate a cat. Damien, my son, is a cardiac pt and sleeps with his pup in his bed. The pup has a pillow at the foot of his bed, but about halfway through the night she sneaks up and sleeps in the bend of his legs, on top of his covers. I sleep with 2 dogs. They are kepts clean, and so is ;my bedding. They've slept with me since they were weaned, and will until the day comes when they go to the rainbow bridge.
