havent introduced myself

Hey guys, well my name is German, from california, but grew up most of my life in Mexico. Myself and my family have own dachshunds, for over 20 years. Actually last Wednesday, the last remaining from the first generation passed away. 
we tried to have other kind of dogs, but in the end the dachshunds were here to stay lol.
i'm unemployed, but i been looking for jobs. Im a community college graduate with a associate in disability services, but i also like do activities that relate to animals. Most recently, volunteering for an association in Mexico who seeks to find homes to homeless dogs and cats.
