Tangy Shrimp and Scallops
-I buy two frozen bags of shrimp(peeled and deveined) and one bag of frozen scallops. **You can switch it up any way you like.
-Lemon juice
-Paprika
-Salt
-Pepper
-Cilantro
-Garlic Powder
You MUST defrost shrimp and scallops in cold water!
Drizzle some olive oil in a large skillet, and then pour the shrimp and scallops in.
Add all the spices and herb as much as you like. It all depends on taste.
I'm not sure on the exact time to cook but you'll know they're done when they get small. The shrimp will become a nice pinkish color and the scallops will have darkened a bit.
I put this over rice and it's delicious!

It's a favorite for my dad. He loves seafood.
I forgot to say try and get the tails off on the shrimp, otherwise you'll have to take tails off. Hope you guus like it!

Wow sounds yummy........I love to cook but can't handle standing for too long of periods anymore.....so I start supper and hubby finishes it usually.....LOL!!
