Reimbursement

Just how long does it take for reimbursement for shipping a puppy?
Say a puppy missed it's flight and the airlines was reimbursing the breeder who in return is reimbursing you. I paid the breeder thru paypal instant transfer. They paid with a credit card. The airlines said to allow 6-8 wks. It's been 8 wks and still nothing.
What to do???

Since I am the breeder you bought from I will respond...there is nothing we can do except wait until the airline reimburses me. I don't want to take money out of my pocket while I wait for the promised refund. Anybody who knows me knows that I am a person of my word, and as soon as I have the money back I will send it to you.

I was only asking in case there is something I can do with the airlines!! I am filing a personal complaint against them for not keeping their word!

I just think that 8 wks is absurd to wait for reimbursement.......they screwed up and yet they make us wait. This was the first time I ever had a problem with these airlines but I just feel reimursemnt should have been instantanious....not 8 wks later. Would they wait 8 wks for payment after shipping a puppy?? I doubt it!! So not happy with them at this point!!
