videos

I have been trying to put some videos of my pups on my site. Unfortunately I am limited to 30mb size per file so it can't be a very long video. Anyway I am looking for a good video editing needs to be very easy to use ( for the technically impaired like me) I tried working with window media player which is easy to use but the file all seem to be to big.
Any help or suggestions welcome

i believe windows movie maker allows you to change the video size of your choice, but it could affect the quality. i prefer sony vegas now..
