We have puppies!
3 girls, all chocolates with one of them being a dapple!
Mrs.Karen thinks there will be two more!

#4 born @ 2:27 chocolate dapple female

#5 and final pup born @ 5:21 a chocolate boy!

It was super fun to watch Dottie deliver today. I hope she can rest easy now after number 5, finally a boy lol.

Thanks for sharing it live with us. I can't wait to do that myself someday!!

Yes puppy #5...the only male.....was the last little stinker to be born!! I'm sure his sisters are gonna beat him up.....LOL!!!
Sooo proud of Dottie.....4 girls and all chocolates so am thinking maybe Dottie doesn't carry for dilute after all!!
All puppies are spoken for at this time. If any come available.....I may keep it!

I am excited as well about little Sunny. Those chocolate/tans are so dark and lovely. =) The dapples are to die for but I know with me I can use the solid chocolate/tan more so then a dapple. Thanks for being so awesome Karen.

Meet the babies!!

Date Jan. 20, 2011-Thursday

8:50 AM Dottie starts active labor
9:30 AM Dottie starts pushing and "clucking"
*almost 3 hrs later*
12:18 PM #1(Bubbles) Female- Choc- small amt of white (lavendar string) wt 7 oz
*1 hr and 18 min later*
1:36 PM #2(Sunny) Female- Choc- more white than #1 wt-7.5 oz
*11 quick minutes later*
1:47 PM #3(Pearl) Female- Choc. Dapple wt-7.5 oz *breach
*40 min later*
2:27 PM #4(Piglet) Female-Choc. Dapple (darker of the 2) wt-8 oz *breach asst. delivery
*2 hrs 53 very long minutes later*
5:20 PM #5(Turtle) Male-Choc wt-7oz

total whelp time (1st to last pup) was almost 5 hours and a lil more than 3 hours of labor before first pup arrived.

The darker dapple girl is going to a past puppy buyer who had pick of the litter! Her new name is "Piper"!!! Thanks to Jerri & Robert Lare!!

Put the puppies up live again for a few to see them!! They are 3 days old now!

OOOOH,DOn't tell me that a dapple might be available...I may be looking if I don't get one born from Puddles!

I am waiting to hear back from 2 people on her and if I don't, then she will be available! I cannot guarentee conformation on these puppies tho for showing.....I can guarentee nice prospects tho that could be bred to a super nice male that could produce show prospects! I know Dottie is really nice.....Rocky is nice but he doesn't have the best topline, so I am hoping the pups get Dottie's topline!
Robin is getting the nicer of the 2 choc girls and both of them are the darker choc. She is will get the nicer of the 2 for breeding and the other one will go as pet only!
The lighter dapple girl may be available tho! I am still trying to get ahold of my vet's tech to see which pup she wants!!

Oh and wanted to add......I LOVE Puddles!!!!

Awww,thanks.. Puddles is one of my faves here,but sad to be soon retiring..a year or 2 can fly by so fast
