Question!

Mylee came in heat in October, but I think that was because of her being near another female in heat. She was originally supposed to go into heat Nov/Dec and now Scooby is trying to get with her. I've been away since Saturday and my sister said that he's been trying since I've been gone. I'm confused.

She may still have a lingering smell. She also maybe an easy target and someone else is in heat. So check everyone and check her. Most likely that was a true heat even if the other female brought her in early. Good luck I hope you find out who is driving your male nuts to the point of him pestering her.

My two other girls are spayed. I'm thinking split heat.

yeah or it could be a female down the road he has a scent of and its driving him nuts.

A male dog can smell another female dog in heat a mile away! This can drive any non altered dog crazy!!

So..it was a false alarm. I freak out over the smallest things.
Is it possible for a girl to come in before 6 months?
I thought the rule was that they don't come back in for 6-8 months?
